Andrew McCollum (born September 4, 1983) is an American angel investor and businessman. He is a co-founder of Facebook and the current chief executive officer of Philo. Mapillary is a service for open-source sharing of crowdsourced geotagged photos, developed by remote company Mapillary AB, based in Malmö, Sweden.
