Martin Poustka (born 2 December 1975) is a Czech football manager, who works for Slavia Prague. Poustka was announced as the caretaker manager of Czech First League side Slavia Prague in March 2012, following the resignation of František Straka František Straka (born 28 May 1958) is a Czech former football player and current manager of Dukla Banská Bystrica. Vítězslav Lavička (; born 30 April 1963) is a Czech football manager and former player. Playing career As a player, Lavička played for several Czech clubs, including Škoda Plzeň, RH Cheb and Sparta Prague. He played one season towards the end of his career in the Czech First League after the Czech Republic's national league commenced play in 1993. Managerial career In 2006 and 2007, he was voted Coach of the Year at the Czech Golden Ball awards and Coach of the Year in 2006. František Straka
František Straka (born 28 May 1958) is a Czech former football player and current manager of Dukla Banská Bystrica. Playing career Straka played most notably for Sparta Prague. In 1988, he moved to Germany and spent the rest of his playing career there. Straka played for Czechoslovakia and participated at the 1990 FIFA World Cup. He played total 35 matches for the national team from 1983 to 1990. Coaching career Early coaching career After retiring from playing, he began coaching.
