Kumamoto Gakuen University
called Gakuendai (学園大) or Shōdai (商大), is a private Japanese university in Kumamoto, Japan. It was established in 1942, at which time Eastern Language Vocational College (東洋語学専門学校 ''Tōyō Gengo Senmon Gakkō'') was subsumed into it. It was renamed Kumamoto Language Vocational College (熊本言語専門学校 ''Kumamoto Gengo Senmon Gakkō'') in 1945, and was made into Kumamoto Commerce University (熊本商科大学 ''Kumamoto shōka daigaku'') in 1954. It acquired its current name, Kumamoto Gakuen University, in 1994. At present, the university has 4 faculties with 11 departments. The university also has an affiliated senior high school, located immediately adjacent to the campus. While the high school is recognized as one of the best in the prefecture, the reputation of the university itself is as a second-rank institution. The International Wrestling Association of Japan, more commonly known as IWA Japan, was a Japanese professional wrestling promotion operating from 1994 to 2004 and again from 2010 to 2014. It was formed by Víctor Quiñones as a successor to the W*ING promotion, which was folding at the time as a rival to Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling (FMW), the pioneer of deathmatch wrestling in Japan and the only deathmatch promotion in Japan at the time. Most of the wrestlers jumped ship to Quiñones' new IWA Japan group. He found a sponsor in Tatsukuni "Kinroku" Asano, a business man who owned several restaurants in Tokyo and had bought and run several wrestling shows prior to IWA Japan. was a Japanese professional wrestler, stage actor, musician and professional wrestling promoter, better known under the ring name . He was best known for his time with Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling (FMW), where he primarily wrestled throughout his career and was the franchise player of the company between 1995 and 2001. Ezaki initially competed for FMW as a low-carder between 1991 and 1993 before travelling to Mexico where he developed the "Hayabusa" character and his signature wrestling style during his time with lucha libre organizations. He returned to FMW in 1995 and received a significant push as the face of the company, winning his first Brass Knuckles Heavyweight Championship later that year. Yōku Hata (波田陽区, ''Hata Yōku'', real name: Akira Hada (波田 晃, ''Hada Akira''), born June 5, 1975, in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture) is a stand up comedian in Japan. He rose to popularity in 2004 with his character "The Guitar Zamurai (Samurai)" (ギター侍) on the program ''The God of Entertainment'' (エンタの神様).
