Kyle Kirkwood
Kyle MacLean Kirkwood (born October 19, 1998) is an American auto racing driver. He competes in the IndyCar Series, driving the No. 27 Dallara-Honda for Andretti Global. He is a two-time victor of the Grand Prix of Long Beach, winning in 2023 and 2025. Career Karting Born in Jupiter, Kirkwood began karting at a young age, often competing alongside fellow Jupiter native Oliver Askew. Throughout his karting career, he amassed multiple titles, including the AM Engines Formula Tag Junior championship in 2012, the SKUSA SuperNationals XVII - S5 Junior championship in 2013 and back-to-back wins at the Florida Winter Tour in 2015 and 2016. Lower formula In 2015, Kirkwood made his single-seater debut in the F1600 Championship with Chastain Motorsports. The Formula 4 United States Championship is an auto racing series that is held under FIA Formula 4 regulations. The championship is sanctioned by SCCA Pro Racing, the professional racing division of the Sports Car Club of America, in conjunction with the Automobile Competition Committee for the United States, the United States representative to the FIA. Oliver Askew
Oliver Clark Askew (born December 12, 1996) is an American racing driver. He is the 2019 Indy Lights champion. Racing career Early career Askew began karting at the age of 8 in Jupiter. He finished third and sixth in the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals, and won the BNL Senior Max series in his European debut in 2015. At the end of the year, he signed with Absolute Racing to make his open-wheel debut in the last two rounds of the Formula Masters China, with two podium finishes in six races, but he failed to secure a racing program for 2016 due to a lack of funding. In 2016, after being spotted during a winning performance in a one-off Skip Barber Racing Summer Series round at Road America, Askew was selected as a Team USA Scholarship recipient. Indy NXT (pronounced "Indy Next"), previously Indy Lights, is an American developmental automobile racing series sanctioned by IndyCar, currently known as INDY NXT by Firestone for sponsorship reasons.
