Kim Jung-nam (; born 28 January 1943) is a South Korean former Association football, football player and manager. International career The combination of Kim Jung-nam and his partner Kim Ho is regarded as one of the greatest South Korean Defender (association football)#Centre-back, centre-back duos of all time. In 1962, Kim Jung-nam played for the South Korea national under-20 football team, South Korea national youth team, and was also selected for the South Korea national football team, senior national team. He was on the national team until 1973, and had 67 caps including matches in the Football at the 1970 Asian Games, 1970 Asian Games where he won a gold medal. Yoo Jung-nam (also ''Yu Jeong-nam'', ; born 12 September 1983) is a South Korean swimmer, who specialized in butterfly events. He represented his nation South Korea at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has won a career total of four medals (one silver and three bronze) in a major international competition, spanning the 2002 Asian Games and the 2005 East Asian Games. Yoo is also a member of the swimming team and a graduate of physical education at Seoul National University. Yoo competed for the South Korean swimming team in the men's 200 m butterfly at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Son Jong-nam
Son Jong-nam (11 March 1958 – 7 December 2008) was a North Korean defector and Christian missionary, who died in a Pyongyang prison after being arrested in 2006. Early life Son was born in Chongjin, North Hamgyong. From 1973 to 1983, he served in the Korean People's Army as part of the presidential security service, rising to the rank of master sergeant; following his discharge, he began working at performing arts centre run by the military. Around 1992, he had one daughter. In 1997, his wife, pregnant with their second child, was arrested for allegedly insulting Kim Jong-il's mismanagement of the economy and blaming him for the North Korean famine. She was beaten while in custody, suffering a miscarriage as a result. Mun Jong-nam (died 8 March 2022) was a North Korean diplomat and official, who served as North Korea’s Ambassador to Syria. He also served abroad in Thailand and Italy. Life and career Mun Jong-nam was a long-time foreign ministry official. He served in the international organization bureau at the North Korean foreign ministry. He has also served as an official in the World Food Programme National Coordination Committee at Pyongyang. Mun had served in North Korea's embassy in Thailand. Kim Jong-nam
Kim Jong-nam (, ; 10 May 1971 – 13 February 2017) was the eldest son of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il. From roughly 1994 to 2001, he was considered the heir apparent to his father. He was thought to have fallen out of favor after embarrassing the regime in 2001 with a failed attempt to visit Tokyo Disneyland with a false passport, although Kim himself said his loss of favor had been due to advocating reform. General Jang Jong-nam (born c. 1960) is the current Minister of Social Security and former defence minister of North Korea. He is believed to be in his 50s. Career Jang is believed to have played a role in the 2010 bombardment of Yeonpyeong, which killed four people.
