Walter Bird (1903–4 March 1969) was a British photographer. Bird became known for his images of nudes and jointly set up a studio, Photo Centre Ltd., with John Everard (photographer), John Everard and Horace Roye in 1939. From 1958 he was chief photographer for J. Russell & Sons, eventually purchasing the business in 1961. From 1958 to 1967 he was the official photographer for the National Photographic Record, initiated by the National Portrait Gallery, London, National Portrait Gallery to record important and influential citizens. Stephan Glass, more commonly known as Stephen Glass, was a Hungarian-British photographer best known for his nude studies. Early career He was born in Hungary to Jewish parents. After three years of intensive study in commercial art schools in Budapest, he earned his living as a designer, cartoonist, and painter. At the end of the First World War, he left Hungary for Germany, where he worked as art editor for the leading evening newspaper in Berlin His younger brother Zoltán, who moved to Berlin in 1925, founded the advertising photography agency, Reclaphot, and the Autophot agency, which specialised in automotive photography. Bertram Charles Percival Park (1883–1972) was an English portrait photographer whose work included British and European royalty. Yvonne Gregory
Yvonne Gregory (1889–1970) was a British society photographer. Gregory married fellow photographer Bertram Park in 1916. Gregory, Park and Marcus Adams established themselves as the "Three Photographers" and based their collective studio at 43 Dover Street in Mayfair. Their studio was initially funded by the Egyptologist George Herbert, 5th Earl of Carnarvon. Gregory and Park would collaborate on works, and Gregory would also pose for Park. She joined the Royal Photographic Society in 1926 and gained her Associate the same year and Fellowship in 1928. She also exhibited regularly in RPS exhibitions.
