Hart Park (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin)
Hart Park is a park on the Menomonee River in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Created in 1921 and originally known as City Park, the park has a football/soccer field, baseball diamond, field house, several tennis courts, a skate park, and nature trails. In 1960, to commemorate Wauwatosa's 125th anniversary, the common council named the park Charles Hart Park to recognize the city's founder. A curling facility, sports fields, tennis courts and skating rink were established by 1926. The field house, constructed by the Works Progress Administration, opened in 1929. The WPA made many improvements to the park, including the addition of stone walls, a new football field, bleachers, an indoor curling rink and a parking lot. The roller rink and baseball diamonds opened in 1942. The athletic field is artificial turf and can host high school and college football, soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse. Carlos Córdoba
Carlos Córdoba (born 5 November 1958) is an Argentine football coach and former player. He played for Argentine club Boca Juniors and served as assistant coach of the Dallas Burn and head coach of the Miami Fusion. Córdoba played for Boca Juniors from the age 14 before moving to the United States in 1985 to begin his coaching career. Playing career Córdoba spent his entire playing career at Buenos Aires club Boca Juniors. He joined the club at age 14 and joined the first team at age 17. Playing alongside football legend Diego Maradona, he helped the team win three Argentine First Division Championships and one world club title. The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States. The league is in the third tier of American soccer and began play in 2019. NISA initially used a fall-to-spring season format with a winter break but have switched to spring-to-fall which is more common in the United States. Wauwatosa (; known informally as Tosa; originally Wau-wau-too-sa or Hart's Mill) is a city in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 48,387 at the 2020 census.
