Eduard Heger
Eduard Heger (; born 3 May 1976) is a Slovak politician, who served as the Prime Minister of Slovakia from 1 April 2021 to 15 May 2023. He previously served as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance in the Matovič Cabinet, cabinet of Igor Matovič. Heger was a member of the presidium of the Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (OĽaNO) party which he left in March 2023 to take over the extra-parliamentary Blue Coalition party, subsequently rebranded as Democrats (Slovakia), Democrats. Early life Heger was born in 1976 in Bratislava to parents employed in culture. His father, a member of the Communist party, organized big music festivals, which allowed young Heger to meet many local high profile musicians. ''Denník N'' is a Slovakia, Slovak daily newspaper and a news website which was founded by the former members of the editorial board of ''Sme'' in 2014. St Martin's Cathedral, Bratislava
St Martin's Cathedral ( or , or , ) is a church (building), church in Bratislava, Slovakia, and the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Bratislava. It is situated at the western border of the Old Town, Bratislava, historical city center below Bratislava Castle. It is the largest and one of the oldest churches in Bratislava, known especially for being the Coronation of the Hungarian monarch, coronation church of the Kingdom of Hungary between 1563 and 1830. Jaroslav Naď (born 21 March 1981) is a Slovak politician who served as Minister of Defence between March 2020 and May 2023, as a nominee of OĽaNO. He specialises in national security issues and previously worked with Globsec. Naď currently serves as a deputy chairman of the Democrats. Early life and education Naď grew up in Banská Štiavnica and settled in the village of Hrubá Borša near Senec. He has a brother named René and is the brother-in-law of Anton Tretinár. Miroslav Kollár
Miroslav Kollár (born 13 August 1969) is a Slovak politician. He served as a Member of the National Council from 2020 to 2023. From September 2021 he has served as the chairman and sole MP of the Together – Civic Democracy party. Between 2014 and 2022 he served as the mayor of Hlohovec. Early life Kollár was born and raised in Hlohovec. He studied commerce at the University of Economics in Bratislava, graduating in 1991. Ordinary People And Independent Personalities
Slovakia (), known as Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (, OĽANO) until 2023, is a populist political party in Slovakia. Founded in 2011 by former businessman Igor Matovič, the party champions anti-corruption, anti-elitist and anti-establishment sentiments. It is also frequently identified as a business-firm party. The party served as the parliamentary opposition during two electoral terms: 2012–2016 and 2016–2020.
