In 2020, she became the first transgender person to serve on the Municipal Chamber of Belo Horizonte, city council of Belo Horizonte after campaigning as a Democratic Labour Party (Brazil), Democratic Labour Party candidate. Jarosław Duda (Polish pronunciation: ), also known as Jarek Duda, is a Polish computer scientist and an assistant professor at the Institute of Computer Science and Computational Mathematics of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is known as the inventor of asymmetric numeral systems (ANS), a family of entropy encoding methods widely used in data compression. Bonaventura Duda (14 January 1924 – 3 August 2017) was a Croatian Franciscan, theologian, biblical scholar, and a corresponding member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Early life and education Roko Duda was born in the Free State of Fiume (now Rijeka, Croatia) and spent his childhood in the village of Kras on the island of Krk where he attended elementary school from 1929 to 1933. After finishing additional two years of civic school in Sušak in 1935, Duda attended Franciscan high school in Varaždin from which he graduated in 1944. He joined the Franciscan Order on 14 August 1941. He studied theology at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University in Zagreb from 1944 to 1950. Ondrej Duda (; born 5 December 1994) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Hellas Verona and the Slovakia national team. Club career Duda began his football career at his hometown club MFK Snina. Mark D. Duda (born February 4, 1961) is a former professional American football defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played his entire NFL career with the St. Louis Cardinals from 1983 until 1987.
