Bufotenin
Bufotenin, also known as dimethylserotonin or as 5-hydroxy-''N'',''N''-dimethyltryptamine (5-HO-DMT), is a serotonergic psychedelic of the tryptamine family. It is a derivative of the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and of the neurotransmitter serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine; 5-HT). The compound is an alkaloid found in some species of mushrooms, plants, and toads. It is also found naturally in the human body in small amounts. Bufotenin, for instance derived from the trees ''Anadenanthera colubrina'' and ''Anadenanthera peregrina'', has a long history of entheogenic use as a snuff in South America. The name bufotenin originates from the toad genus '' Bufo'', which includes several species of psychoactive toads, most notably '' Incilius alvarius'' (formerly ''Bufo alvarius''), that secrete bufotoxins from their parotoid glands. However, ''Bufo'' and related species like ''Incilius alvarius'' contain only trace amounts of bufotenin, with their major active component instead ...

5-MeO-AMT
5-MeO-αMT, also known as 5-methoxy-α-methyltryptamine or as α,''O''-dimethylserotonin (α,''O''-DMS or Alpha-O), is a serotonergic psychedelic of the tryptamine, α-alkyltryptamine, and 5-methoxytryptamine families. It is a derivative of α-methyltryptamine (αMT) and an analogue of 5-MeO-DMT. The drug is said to be the most potent psychedelic of the simple indolealkylamines (i.e., tryptamines). It is active at oral doses of 2 to 4mg. Use The dosage range of 5-MeO-AMT listed in ''TiHKAL'' is 2.5 to 4.5mg and its duration is listed as 12 to 18hours. However, a wider recreational dosage range of 0.5 to 15mg has also been reported. 5-MeO-AMT has supposedly been sold as 4mg tablets by the street name Alpha-O and taken as a recreational drug. Since the DEA arrests of the makers of a huge percentage of the United States' LSD in 2000, 5-MeO-AMT may have occasionally been sold under the guise of LSD in liquid, sugar cube, or blotter form, though this may be due to DEA report ...

5-MeO-NMT
5-MeO-NMT, also known as 5-methoxy-''N''-methyltryptamine, is an organic chemical compound, being the 5-methoxy analogue of ''N''-methyltryptamine (NMT). It was first isolated from ''Phalaris arundinacea'' (reed canary grass) and also occurs in other species such as ''Virola'' species and ''Bufo alvarius'' skin. The compound has been synthesized by Alexander Shulgin and reported in his book ''TiHKAL''. Use and effects Shulgin included 5-MeO-NMT as an entry in ''TiHKAL''. However, he does not appear to have tried it and states that the dosage and duration of the compound are unknown. In any case, Shulgin stated that it would be expected to be rapidly metabolized by monoamine oxidase and that it would likely only be active parenterally. Pharmacology 5-MeO-NMT is a potent agonist of the serotonin 5-HT1A, 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B, and 5-HT2C receptors. It is a full agonist or near-full agonist of all of these receptors except for the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor, where it is a partial ago ...
