NewsClick is an Indian news website founded by Prabir Purkayastha in 2009, who also serves as the Editor-in-Chief. The main headquarters are situated in New Delhi, with an additional office branch in Mumbai, Maharashtra. History and ownership NewsClick, an independent media organization, describes its mission as being "dedicated to covering news from India and beyond, with a particular focus on progressive movements." Paranjoy Guha Thakurta (born 5 October 1955) is an Indian journalist, writer, publisher, documentary film maker and teacher. He has been a guest faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad for 18 consecutive years, and also taught at the IIMs at Calcutta and Shillong, the University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Asian College of Journalism and Jamia Millia Islamia among other educational institutions. He is the only Indian journalist referred to in the famous Hindenburg Report on Adani. Vinod Dua
Vinod Dua (11 March 1954 – 4 December 2021) was an Indian journalist who worked in Doordarshan and NDTV India. In 1996, he became the first electronic media journalist to be bestowed with the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Award. He was awarded the Padma Shri for Journalism in 2008 by the Government of India. Alok Joshi
Alok Joshi is an Indian spymaster and retired IPS officer of 1976 batch of Haryana cadre who previously served as the chief of Research and Analysis Wing, the external intelligence agency of India. He is currently appointed as the head of National Security Council of India. Dalit Camera is a news website and YouTube channel set up in 2011 by Raees Mohammed (previously Ravichandran Bathran) to document life in India from the perspective of Dalit, Adivasi and Bahujan people and other minorities living in India.
