Clint Moses
Clint Moses (born April 4, 1976) is an American politician. A Republican, he represents the 29th assembly district of the Wisconsin State Assembly. The 29th district comprises the cities of Menomonie and New Richmond, as well as several villages and towns in eastern St. Croix and western Dunn counties in western Wisconsin. He was elected to his first term in November 2020. Early life and education Clint Moses was born and raised in Menomonie, Wisconsin, where he worked on his family's farm. He was a Boy Scout throughout his childhood and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. While still in high school, he started a lawncare business to earn money for college. After graduating from Menomonie High School, he was able to fund his education at University of Wisconsin–Stout, where he double-majored in human biology and psychology. Wisconsin's 29th Assembly District
The 29th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in western Wisconsin, the district comprises all of Buffalo and Pepin counties, along with most of Pierce County, and much of Trempealeau County. It includes the cities of Alma, Arcadia, Blair, Buffalo City, Durand, Fountain City, Independence, Mondovi, Prescott, and Whitehall. The district also contains Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge and Perrot State Park. The district is represented by Republican Clint Moses, since January 2021. Wisconsin Elections Commission
The Wisconsin Elections Commission is a bipartisan regulatory agency of the State of Wisconsin established to administer and enforce election laws in the state. The Wisconsin Elections Commission was established by a 2015 act of the Wisconsin Legislature which also established the Wisconsin Ethics Commission to administer campaign finance, ethics, and lobbying laws. The two commissions began operation on June 30, 2016, replacing the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board (GAB), which was abolished. The Government Accountability Board had been established in 2008 to replace the Wisconsin Elections Board and Wisconsin Ethics Board. WQOW
WQOW (channel 18) is a television station in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States, serving the Chippewa Valley as an affiliate of ABC. Owned by Allen Media Broadcasting, the station has studios on Friedeck Road in Eau Claire, and its transmitter is located in Altoona, Wisconsin. Although identifying as a separate station in its own right, WQOW is considered a semi-satellite of WXOW (channel 19) in La Crosse. As such, it simulcasts all network and syndicated programming as provided through its parent but airs separate commercial inserts, legal identifications, local newscasts and Sunday morning religious programs, and has its own website.
