Christopher B. Duncan is an American actor. He is known for his television series regular roles like Braxton P. Hartnabrig on ''The Jamie Foxx Show'', President William Johnson in '' The First Family'', and his portrayal of Clarence Weidman on ''Veronica Mars''. Early life and education Duncan's father had retired from the Air Force and died in 2023 from Alzheimer's. Christopher lived in West Germany, Japan, New Mexico, Colorado, and Chicago. His mother was a registered nurse. He has three brothers: Robert, Charles, and Phillip. His youngest brother, Phillip, died in 2018 due to suicide. Career Duncan had a starring role as Braxton P. ''The Jamie Foxx Show'' is an American television sitcom created by Jamie Foxx and Bentley Kyle Evans for The WB. It premiered on August 28, 1996, and ended on January 14, 2001, with a total of 100 episodes over the course of five seasons.
