Early life and education

Duncan's father had retired from the Air Force and died in 2023 from Alzheimer's. Christopher lived in West Germany, Japan, New Mexico, Colorado, and Chicago. His mother was a registered nurse. He has three brothers: Robert, Charles, and Phillip. His youngest brother, Phillip, died in 2018 due to suicide.
