Bleeding Fingers Music
Bleeding Fingers Music is a collective of composers that create film and television scores for The Simpsons. A joint venture between composer Hans Zimmer, his business partner Steve Kofsky, and Extreme Music, the production arm of Sony Music Publishing, it is a custom scoring company in the film and television industry. History Zimmer began composing music for the Extreme production library in the late '90s, and when Extreme expanded from the UK to the United States in 2001, it set up its offices at Zimmer's Remote Control Productions in Santa Monica, California. In 2012, as Extreme sought to meet increased requests from clients for custom scores for television productions, it partnered with Kofsky and Zimmer to develop what would become Bleeding Fingers Custom Music Shop. Russell Emanuel is a British entrepreneur, musician, and producer. He is the co-founder, president, and CEO of Extreme Music, which creates and licenses music for use in television, film, advertising, and online media, and the president and CEO of Bleeding Fingers Custom Music Shop, a scoring, composition, and music production company co-founded with Hans Zimmer and Steve Kofsky. Early life Emanuel was born in London to Maureen Emanuel and Edward Potok, a Polish survivor of World War II. ''Blue Planet II'' is a 2017 British nature documentary series on marine life produced by the BBC Natural History Unit. Like its predecessor, ''The Blue Planet'' (2001), it is narrated and presented by naturalist Sir David Attenborough. ''Jeopardy! National College Championship'' is a special tournament series of the game show ''Jeopardy!'' that aired on American Broadcasting Company, ABC from February 8 to 22, 2022. Alf Heiberg Clausen (born March 28, 1941) is an American film and television composer. He is best known for his work scoring many episodes of ''The Simpsons'', for which he was the sole composer between 1990 and 2017. Clausen has scored or orchestrated music for more than 30 films and television shows, including ''Moonlighting'', ''The Naked Gun'', '' ALF'' and ''Ferris Bueller's Day Off''.
