Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya
Bambang, officially the Municipality of Bambang ( gad, Ili na Bambang; ilo, Ili ti Bambang; tl, Bayan ng Bambang), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 55,789 people. The municipality is known for its salt springs at the Salinas Natural Monument. Bambang is from Bayombong and from Manila. Calaca, officially the City of Calaca ( fil, Lungsod ng Calaca), is a 1st class component city in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 87,361 people. Calaca is home to the lively Calacatchara festival (a portmanteau of Calaca and ''atchara'' (chutney). Etymology The name was taken from the roofs of the houses made of bamboos halves arranged over top of one another. Mamasa Regency ( id, Kabupaten Mamasa) is one of the six regencies that make up the West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, on the island of Sulawesi. It covers a land area of 3,005.88 km2.
