Agrokor
Agrokor () was a conglomerate, largely centered in agribusiness, with headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia. Founded in 1976 as a flower grower, it became a joint stock company in 1989, with 100 percent ownership held by founder Ivica Todorić. It greatly expanded its operations in the following 25 years by acquiring a number of large companies in Croatia and Southeast Europe. The Agrokor group had an annual sales revenue of €6.465 billion in 2015, which made it the second largest retail and eleventh largest overall company in all of Southeast Europe. Fortenova Group
Fortenova Group is a food producer and retailer based in Zagreb. It has been operating since 1 April 2019. The company was established through the implementation of the Settlement Plan closed between the creditors of Agrokor which had, due to illiquidity and over-indebtedness, ended up in pre-bankruptcy, managed through the Extraordinary Administration Procedure pursuant to the Act on Extraordinary Administration Procedures in Companies of Systemic Importance for the Republic of Croatia. Ivica Todorić
Ivica Todorić (; born 2 January 1951) is a Croatian businessman. Until June 2017, he was the owner and chairman of the board of Agrokor, the largest privately owned company in Croatia. The operations of Agrokor are focused on two core businesses: manufacturing of food and drinks, and retail. Biography Todorić was born in 1951. His mother, Ivana, was a teacher from Kloštar Ivanić. His father, Ante Todorić, was a prominent figure in the agricultural area of the Socialist Republic of Croatia and was the chief engineer and director of Božjakovina farm in Dugo Selo, where Todorić grew up. Jamnica plus LLC is a Croatian limited liability company which produces carbonated mineral water, as well as other bottled waters and soft drinks. It was founded on 18 October 1828, and operates as a part of the Beverages Group, an organizational division within the Fortenova Group. Through investments in modernization, development and new technologies, the Beverages Group has reached the position of one of the most modern European producers of natural mineral waters and soft drinks. Ledo (company)
Ledo d.d. is a Croatian-based producer of ice cream and frozen food headquartered in Zagreb. Ledo's total revenues in 2008 amounted to HRK 1.19 billion and increased by 16.7 percent compared to last year. The bulk of the income is made up of sales income in the country, which increased by 13.2 percent, and by 28.3 percent, the growth of income abroad is recorded. The realized net profit is HRK 89.4 million, which is an increase of 28.8 percent compared to the previous year. Cibona Tower
The Cibona Tower in a high-rise building located in the center of Zagreb, Croatia on Dražen Petrović Square 3, near the Savska and Kranjčevićeva street intersection. It was built in 1987. Technical information It is 92 meters (307 feet) tall, and it has 25 levels above ground. Turopolje
Turopolje () is a region in Croatia situated between the capital city Zagreb and Sisak. The administrative center of the region Turopolje is the town of Velika Gorica.
