Afro-Asian Games
The Afro-Asian Games were the series of inter-continental multi-sport competitions, held between athletes from Asia and Africa. The event was held only once, in 2003. These Games were unique, since excluding the Olympic Games no other multi-sport competition brought athletes from these two continents together for one event. These Games were supposed to be held once every four years. They were jointly supervised by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), and the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA). The first and so far only Afro-Asian Games witness the participation of Asian and African National Olympic Committees (NOCs), along with a few Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) nations. Logo

Commonwealth Games Federation
The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), currently known as Commonwealth Sport, is the international organisation responsible for the direction and control of the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Youth Games, and is the governing body of the Commonwealth Games Associations (CGA). The headquarters of CGF are located in London, England. Lassana Palenfo
Lassana Palenfo (born January 25, 1941, in Ivory Coast) is an Ivorian military general. He has held various offices in several international sporting organisations. He was the director of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (2005-2018), and a member of the International Olympic Committee (2000–2012), and has been the director of the National Olympic Committee of Ivory Coast since 1999, director of the African Judo Union since 1990 and vice-president of the International Judo Federation since 1990. He was awarded the Olympic Order in Silver in 2012. In his whole life, he practiced multiple sports like swimming, judo ( black belt, 4th dan) and football (schools championships). National Olympic Committees
A National Olympic Committee (NOC) is a national constituent of the worldwide Olympic movement. 2003 Afro-Asian Games
The 2003 Afro-Asian Games, officially known as the First Afro-Asian Games or I Afro-Asian Games and unofficially known as the Inaugural Afro-Asian Games, was a major international multi-sport event held in Hyderabad, India, from 24 October (excluding football and hockey, which began on 22 October and 23 October respectively) to 1 November 2003. The Afro-Asian Games was the largest sporting event ever to be held in Hyderabad, and one of the largest in India, second only to the 2010 Commonwealth Games by athletes' volume. The scale of these Games exceeds even the two Asian Games held in Delhi in 1951 (both by athletes' volume and by number of participating nations) and 1982 (by number of participating nations).
