The Serie B (), currently named Serie BKT for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest division in the Italian football league system after the Serie A. It has been operating for over ninety years since the 1929–30 season. It had been organized by Lega Calcio until 2010, when the Lega Serie B was created for the 2010–11 season. Common nicknames for the league are ''campionato cadetto'' and ''cadetteria'', since ''cadetto'' is the Italian name for junior or cadet. Rimini Football Club 1912 is an Italian association football club based in Rimini, Emilia-Romagna that plays in the third-tier Serie C. The original club was founded in 1912. Their home ground is the 9786-seat Stadio Romeo Neri. History The club was founded as Libertas Rimini in 1912, and first adopted their trademark red and white shirts in the 1920s, the 1929–30 season also saw the building of the stadium still used by the club today; Stadio Romeo Neri.
