1DD-LSD (N1-dodecanoyl-lysergic acid diethylamide, SYN-L-004) is an acylated derivative of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). In animal studies it produces a weak head-twitch response but with 27x lower potency than LSD itself. It is being researched as a potential slow-onset, long lasting prodrug for LSD which is expected to have reduced psychoactive effects. 1H-LSD
1H-LSD (N1-hexanoyl-lysergic acid diethylamide, SYN-L-027) is an acylated derivative of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), with a six carbon hexanoyl chain attached to the N1 position. It acts as a prodrug for LSD, and in animal studies produces drug-appropriate responding with a similar potency to short-chain homologues such as ALD-52 and 1P-LSD, in contrast to the 4 and 5 carbon homologues 1B-LSD and 1V-LSD which are several times weaker. The head-twitch response (HTR), also sometimes known as wet dog shakes (WDS) in rats, is a rapid side-to-side head movement that occurs in mice and rats in association with serotonin 5-HT2A receptor activation. Serotonergic psychedelics like lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin consistently induce the HTR in rodents. 1B-LSD (N1-butyryl-lysergic acid diethylamide) is an acylated derivative of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), which has been sold as a designer drug. In tests on mice it was found to be an active psychedelic, though with only around 1/7 the potency of LSD itself. Legal status 1B-LSD is illegal in Singapore. 1P-LSD, also known as 1-propanoyl-lysergic acid diethylamide (1-propionyl-LSD), is a psychedelic drug of the lysergamide class that is a derivative and functional analogue of LSD and a homologue of ALD-52.
