These are the parts of the Framework which set out the processes for how new, and amending or replacement EU law may apply in Northern Ireland.
In order to operationalise the democratic mechanisms included within the Windsor framework, the UK parliament approved regulations, known as the "Stormont brake".
2022–2027 Assembly
The committee will met for the first time in the 2022–2027 Assembly on 15 February 2024, has met in between and will meet again December 5, 2024.
