Since its inauguration in 1905, Charentonneau has been the home ground of CA Paris, one of the great Parisian clubs of the pioneering era of French football, and it is still used today by the club, now called ''Cercle Athlétique de Paris-Charenton'', in addition to its usual Stade Henri Guérin located in
