Association Sportive Francilienne 94 Le Perreux is a French football club located in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France. The club was formerly known as AS Française from 1896 to 1988. History The club was founded in 1896 as ''Association Sportive Française''. Their best ever result was in the amateur era, as they came in second for the 1912 USFSA Football Championship. René Grandjean (footballer)
René Grandjean (1881 – unknown) was a French footballer who played as a Forward and who competed in the football tournament at the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris, winning a silver medal as a member of the USFSA Olympic team representing France, which was primarily made up of Club Français players. Playing career Club career Grandjean was born either in late 1881 or early 1882. On 26 December 1897, the 15-year-old Grandjean started in the very first football match in the history of the Parc des Princes as a last-minute replacement for Maurice Macaire; Club Français was defeated 1–3 by the English Ramblers. On 28 March 1898, Grandjean started in the 1898 Coupe Manier final at the Vélodrome de Vincennes, helping his side to a 10–0 win over Paris Star. 1917–18 Coupe De France
The 1917–18 Coupe de France (officially Coupe Charles–Simon 1917–18) was the first season of the most prestigious cup competition in France. The competition was open to all clubs who were affiliated with an organisation that was a member of the Comité français interfédéral (CFI). The cup was named after Charles Simon, the Secretary-General of the CFI at the outbreak of World War I, who died in battle in 1915. Forty-eight clubs competed in the cup and Olympique de Pantin, Olympique Pantin defeated FC Lyon 3–0 in the final.
