Indigenous Lands
One of the main projects defended by Simone Tebet in the Federal Senate deals with the suspension of the demarcation of indigenous lands and the payment of compensation to farmers. The proposal has been criticized by human rights organizations, who point to alleged conflicts of interest, pointing out that the Senator owns a farm in Caarapó , Mato Grosso do Sul.
