Rasul Rza was born Rasul Ibrahim oglu Rzayev on May 19, 1910 in
Goychay. He studied in Transcaucasus Communist University, Azerbaijan Scientific Research Institute and Soviet Cinematography Institute. Rasul Rza was Chairman of
