Founded in 1984, the club has won 19 national championships (1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), 14 Estonian Cups (1990, 1992, 1994, 1997, 2000, 2002, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021), and 4 Baltic Handball League titles (2008, 2010, 2023, 2025).
