After playing multiple years in the junior leagues in his hometown of

, Hauser was approached by

and joined them starting in 2020, initially with their junior teams. Despite being a part of the team since 2020, Hauser didn't play a game with them at the professional level until 2022, going scoreless in eight games. Instead, he spent most of the season on loan with HC Stadion Litoměřice of the

. Hauser finally got to play regular games with Sparta Praha in the 2023–24 season, scoring seven assists in 30 games with the team. He would also play eleven games with their under-20 team that season, and produce at a high level, scoring 11 goals and 14 assists for 25 points in just 11 games. He would produce through the playoffs for the youth team as well, scoring nine points in seven games. During the 2024–25 season, Hauser did not play any games with Sparta Praha, instead going on loan to his hometown team
