Born in
Nghệ An, Đình Bắc was a member of the
Sông Lam Nghệ An youth academy. However, he was released by the team in 2018 due to unsatisfactory physical condition with his height being only 1.50 m. In 2019, he followed his parents and moved to
Quảng Nam province. Here, he joined the youth academy of
Quảng Nam.

SHB Đà Nẵng's reserve, he showed disrespectful behavior towards the referee and was consequently suspended for three games by the
