On 10 April 2025,

announced that Mygale would be fully consolidated under their banner after previously obtaining a majority stake in the company in December 2024. As part of this, Mygale was rebranded to Ligier Advanced Technologies, and it was announced that Mygale cars currently in production will be renamed as Ligiers as part of the changes.
