In 2011, Al-Khayyat and his brother Ramez Al-Khayyat founded UCC Holding in Qatar from Al Khayyat Contracting and Trading. In March 2014, Al-Khayyat co-founded Baladna Food Industries. In November 2019, Baladna launched its
