Minister of Digitalisation and Equality

On 15 December 2022, she was appointed minister of digitalisation and equality. On 23 November 2023, she was shuffled out of cabinet in a minor reshuffle and was succeeded by Mia Wagner. However, Wagner resigned after two weeks due to illness, and Bjerre was re-appointed to the position.

Minister of European Affairs

She was appointed minister of European affairs in a cabinet reshuffle on 29 August 2024.
