Personal life

Green grew up on Long Island,and has lived in Brooklyn. In a 2014 article, Green discusses getting into comics: " I was always an artist, constantly drawing as a kid. I was a very sick child and spent a lot of time indoors. Drawing was an activity I could do that wouldn't cause an asthma attack or expose me to allergens. My gateway into comics were the funny pages." Green attended the
