On November 27, 2022, Jansen tied former longtime Panthers kicker John Kasay for most games played for the franchise (221). Jansen signed a one-year contract extension on February 20, 2023, and again the following year on March 11, 2024. After playing in all 17 games for Carolina during the 2024 season, Jansen re-signed with the team on a one-year contract on February 14, 2025.
