''Super Scum'' is a supplement for ''GURPS Supers'' of 30 supervillains, including a group of cat-types – "the Pride" – and their mansion. Let's face it: Bad Guys are more fun! This slim volume manages to pack in about two dozen socially maladjusted supers. The standouts are literally immortal: Dr. Radiation and Voltmaster, a couple of masterminds.
