The club's parent athletic association, Panelefsiniakos A.O.K. Elefsina, was founded in the year 1931. The club's basketball section, Panelefsiniakos B.C., was founded in the year 1969. Panelefsiniakos B.C. won the Greek Second Division championship in 2012.Πανελευσινιακός Ο Σύλλογος .
