Derek Tai-Ching Kan (; born August 15, 1978) is an American businessman and government official who has served as a
governor of the United States Postal Service since 2022. He served as deputy director of the
Office of Management and Budget

He is an alumnus of the University of Southern California, the London School of Economics, and Stanford University.
