The event took place on 20 November 2010 at 21:15 MSK (20:15 CET). Fourteen countries participated, with the running order published on 14 October 2010. All the countries competing were eligible to vote with the jury and televote. Armenia won with 120 points, with Russia, Serbia, Georgia, and Belarus completing the top five.
