For the 2019 season Molloy took on a new role working alongside Collingwood list manager and performance analyst Jess Burger as an opposition analyst. She was also appointed part of the Collingwood AFLW leadership group ahead of the 2019 season. In April 2019, Molloy re-signed with Collingwood for the 2020 season.
