''Apantesis'' is a genus of tiger moths in the family

first described by Francis Walker in 1855. They are found in North and Central America. As a result of phylogenetic research published in 2016, the genera ''Grammia'', ''Holarctia'', and ''Notarctia'' have been merged with ''Apantesis'', and their species are now members of the genus ''Apantesis''.
