Mohsin is the secretary of the Dhaka City Committee of the Jatio Rabindra Sangeet Sammilon Parishad. She is a member of the Bangladesh Rabindra Sangeet Shilpi Sangstha. Since 2000, she has worked as a senior teacher at
Chhayanaut.
