Lobo

Incumbent Geronimo Alfiler first assumed as vice mayor upon the death of vice mayor Gaudioso Manalo. Months later, he assumed the mayorship when mayor Lota Manalo was dismissed by the Office of the Ombudsman for violation of the Ease of Doing Business Act. Manalo re-assumed as mayor after the Court of Appeals reversed the decision of the Ombudsman, while Alfiler re-assumed as vice mayor. However, the Office of the Ombudsman suspended Manalo, making Alfiler as the acting mayor. Incumbent Geronimo Alfiler assumed office after the death of vice mayor Gaudioso Manalo. Upon his assumption as mayor, Angelito Abiera who was the first councilor assumed the position of vice mayor.
