Inducible Plant Defenses Against Herbivory
Plants have evolution, evolved many defense mechanisms against insect herbivory in the 350 million years in which they have co-evolution, co-evolved. Herbivory
A herbivore is an animal anatomically and physiologically evolved to feed on plants, especially upon vascular tissues such as foliage, fruits or seeds, as the main component of its diet.
