ITunes Store
The iTunes Store is a digital media store operated by Apple Inc. It opened on April 28, 2003, as a result of Steve Jobs' push to open a digital marketplace for music. As of April 2020, iTunes offered 60 million songs, 2.2 million apps, 25,000 TV shows, and 65,000 films. When it opened, it was the only legal digital catalog of music to offer songs from all five major record labels. The iTunes Store is available on most Apple devices, including the Mac (inside the Music app), the iPhone, the iPad, the iPod touch, and the Apple TV, as well as on Windows (inside iTunes). Kindness is the solo project of English singer Adam Bainbridge. History In 2007, Adam Bainbridge was a recipient of the Eric James Johnson Memorial Fellowship, at The Philadelphia Institute for Advance Study. ''Live in Philly'' was released in 2007 as a free MP3 download and CDr, with no label. In 2009, Moshi Moshi Records released Kindness debut single ''Swingin’ Party''. ''Gee Up'' was included on the vinyl b-side and a VHS video directed by Jack Latham accompanied it. The Joy Formidable is a Welsh alternative rock band, formed in 2007 in Mold, Flintshire, and currently based in London, England. The band consists of Rhiannon "Ritzy" Bryan (lead vocals, guitar), Rhydian Dafydd (bass, vocals) and Matthew James Thomas (drums, percussion). Summer Camp (band)
Summer Camp were a British indie pop duo, formed in October 2009 by married couple multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Warmsley and vocalist Elizabeth Sankey. They are signed to the Moshi Moshi Records, Moshi Moshi label on which they have released all four of their full-length albums, as well as three EPs and a film soundtrack. Summer Camp's musical style has been described as "21st-century alt.pop", but also is influenced by 1960s girl groups and 1980s synthpop. The lyrics, written by Sankey, are often quite dark and deal with failed relationships, conflicts, treasure and teenage obsessions. Along with the band's artwork and music videos they also draw heavily from American culture from the 1960s–1980s.
