Faenza (, ; ; or ; ) is an Italian city and comune of 59,063 inhabitants in the province of Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, situated southeast of Bologna. On 30 September 1986 it was merged with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Faenza, Diocese of Faenza to form the Roman Catholic Diocese of Faenza-Modigliana, Diocese of Faenza-Modigliana.
