ISO 3166-1
ISO 3166-1 (''Codes for the representation of names of countries and their subdivisions – Part 1: Country code'') is a standard defining codes for the names of countries, dependent territories, and special areas of geographical interest. World Socialist Movement
The World Socialist Movement (WSM) is an international organisation of socialist parties created in 1904 with the founding of the Socialist Party of Great Britain (SPGB). The member parties share a common classical Marxist worldview and an adherence to socialism defined as a distinct economic system from capitalism. As a result, the parties of the WSM are held in sharp contrast to social democratic political parties and Marxist–Leninist movements. In contrast to social democratic parties, the WSM parties do not pursue social and economic reforms to capitalism, nor do they seek political office in electoral politics and they do not focus on so-called progressive causes, believing such actions to be irrelevant to their fundamental goal of socialism. In contrast to Marxist–Leninist communist parties, they do not subscribe to the theories of imperialism, vanguardism and democratic centralism, believing such practices to be antithetical to the realisation of socialism. Workers Solidarity Movement
Anarchism in Ireland has its roots in the stateless organisation of the ''tuatha'' in Gaelic Ireland. It first began to emerge from the libertarian socialist tendencies within the Irish republicanism, Irish republican movement, with anarchist individuals and organisations sprouting out of the resurgent socialist movement during the 1880s, particularly gaining prominence during the time of the Socialist League (UK, 1885), Dublin Socialist League. One of the prominent figures in the Irish socialist republican movement was the syndicalist James Connolly, who led the formation of the Irish Transport and General Workers' Union along the lines of industrial unionism and fought in the Easter Rising as part of the Irish Citizens Army. Following the independence of Ireland and the rise of communist tendencies in the country, some left-wing republicans began to gravitate towards anarchism, including Jack White (trade unionist), Jack White, who himself became an anarchist while fighting ...

Winchester Short Magnum
Winchester Short Magnum, or WSM, refers to a family of Rim (firearms), rebated bottlenecked centerfire short magnum Cartridge (firearms), cartridges developed in the early 2000s by the U.S. Repeating Arms Company, the maker of Winchester rifles and one of the oldest firearms manufacturers in the United States. All of the WSM cartridges are inspired on the .404 Jeffery non-belted magnum cartridge which is shortened to fit a short rifle action (such as a .308 Winchester). It was developed by Rick Jamison in 1997-1998 as shown in the 2003 lawsuit Jamison vs. Olin Corporation-Winchester division. Jamison was given 7 patents on the cartridge design. U.S. Repeating Arms Company used the same concept and the same base case in creating its even shorter Winchester Super Short Magnum cartridges, three of which were introduced in 2003 and 2004. Influences 7.82 Lazzeroni Patriot The WSM family was inspired partially by a family of proprietary short magnum cartridges developed in late 1997, ...

Weighted Sum Model
In decision theory, the weighted sum model (WSM), also called weighted linear combination (WLC) or simple additive weighting (SAW), is the best known and simplest multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) / multi-criteria decision making method for evaluating a number of alternatives in terms of a number of decision criteria. Description In general, suppose that a given MCDA problem is defined on ''m'' alternatives and ''n'' decision criteria. Furthermore, let us assume that all the criteria are benefit criteria, that is, the higher the values are, the better it is. Next suppose that ''wj'' denotes the relative weight of importance of the criterion ''Cj'' and ''aij'' is the performance value of alternative ''Ai'' when it is evaluated in terms of criterion ''Cj''. Then, the total (i.e., when all the criteria are considered simultaneously) importance of alternative ''Ai'', denoted as ''A''''i''WSM-score, is defined as follows: ::A^\text_i = \sum_^n w_j a_,\texti = 1, 2, 3, \dots , m ...
