''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters'', or ''Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles: Tournament Fighters'' in Europe, is the title of three different fighting games based on the ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'', produced by Konami for the Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, and Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Super NES and released during a period between 1993 and 1994. Konami produced a different fighting game based on the franchise each featuring a differing cast of characters for the platforms. All three versions of the game were re-released as part of ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection'' in 2022. with online play using rollback netcode for the Super NES version of the game. Michelangelo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Michelangelo, nicknamed Mikey, is a superhero and one of the four main characters of the ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'' comics and all related media. Characterized as the most naturally gifted of the four brothers, Michelangelo prefers leisure to training martial arts. The most jocular and energetic of the team, he is shown to be rather immature; he is known for his wisecracks, quick-wit, optimism, and love of skateboarding and pizza. He is usually depicted wearing an orange eye mask. His signature weapons are a single or dual nunchaku, though he has also been portrayed using other weapons, such as a grappling hook, manriki-gusari, kusarigama, tonfa, and a three-section staff (in some action figures). ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'' (also known as ''Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles'' in some regions) is an American animated series, animated television series produced by Fred Wolf Films and based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, comic book characters created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Set in New York City, the series follows the adventures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their allies as they battle the Shredder (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Shredder, Krang, and numerous other villains and criminals.
