''The College Admissions Scandal'' is a 2019 TV film that aired on Lifetime as part of its "Ripped from the Headlines" feature film. The film is based on the 2019 college admissions bribery scandal and stars Penelope Ann Miller, Mia Kirshner, and Michael Shanks. Stephen Tolkin is an American television writer, director and composer. He worked on a number of American television series including '' Brothers & Sisters'', ''Perception'', ''Legend of the Seeker'' and '' Switched at Birth''. He has been nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Directing in a Motion Picture (Television) for ''A Day Late and a Dollar Short''. Metacritic is a website that aggregates reviews of films, TV shows, music albums, video games and formerly, books. For each product, the scores from each review are averaged (a weighted average).
