Samuel Aruwan is a Nigerian journalist, and pioneer Commissioner for Kaduna State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs. Early life and education Samuel Aruwan hails from Kabala West in Tudun Wada District, Kaduna South Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Nigeria. Aruwan holds a postgraduate diploma and a master's degree in Mass Communication and Strategic Communication from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, after graduating from Kaduna Polytechnic in Mass Communication. Kaduna is the capital city of Kaduna State, and the former political capital of Northern Region, Nigeria, Northern Nigeria. It is located in north-western Nigeria, on the Kaduna River.
