''How the West Was Won'' is an American Westerns on television, Western television series that starred James Arness, Eva Marie Saint, Fionnula Flanagan, Bruce Boxleitner, and Richard Kiley. Loosely based on How the West Was Won (film), the 1962 Cinerama film of the same name, it began with a two-hour television film, ''The Macahans'', in 1976, followed by a mini-series in 1977, and a regular series in 1978 and 1979. The show was a great success in Europe, apparently finding a larger and more lasting audience there than in the United States. It has been rebroadcast many times on various European networks, e.g. in France, Germany, Italy, Norway and Sweden, and has built a cult following. It was released on DVD in Europe in November 2009. ''How the West Was Won'' was a 2-LP album recorded in July 1959 at United Recorders, Hollywood, for Bing Crosby's own company, Project Records. It was released by RCA Victor in 1960 and featured Crosby, Rosemary Clooney as well as other singers. The backing orchestra was conducted by Bob Thompson. The records were issued with automatic couplings, i.e. LOP 6070-1 - sides 1 and 3, LOP 6070-2 - sides 2 and 4. Reception Billboard liked the album, saying "This handsome set is sure to attract. The striking cover and informative booklet are perfect complements to the fine album contents which are interpreted by a stellar line-up of artists. Monterrio Williams (born August 10, 1978), better known by his stage names Luni Coleone or Lunasicc, is an American rapper who began his career on the streets of Sacramento, California. Biography He began his career under the alias of Lunasicc in 1995, appearing on his cousin X-Raided's album '' Xorcist''. He released his solo debut, '' Mr. Lunasicc'', in 1997 on AWOL Records, to strong reviews. '' A Million Words, a Million Dollars'' followed in 1998, with stronger reviews. ''Opus Dei'' is the third studio album by the Slovenian and Yugoslav avant-garde music group Laibach, released on March 23, 1987 by Mute Records. It features "Geburt einer Nation" ("birth of a nation"), a German language cover version of Queen's "One Vision", and two reworkings of " Live Is Life" by the Austrian pop rock band Opus'. The Opus song became the German language "Leben heißt Leben" and the English language "Opus Dei". "The Great Seal" is the national anthem of the NSK State, the lyrics taken from Winston Churchill's 1940 "We shall fight on the beaches" speech. Romantic Modernism, more commonly known as Romo, was a musical and nightclubbing movement, of glam/style pop lineage, in the UK circa 1995–1997, centred on the twin homes of Camden-based clubnight Club Skinny and its West End clone Arcadia, as well as concerts by the chief associated bands.
