Alejandro Tabilo
Alejandro Tabilo Álvarez (born 2 June 1997) is a Chilean professional tennis player. He has been ranked by the ATP as high as world No. 19 in singles, achieved on 1 July 2024 and a doubles ranking of No. 106, attained on 27 January 2025. He is currently the No. 2 player from Chile. Personal life Alejandro Tabilo Álvarez was born in Toronto, Canada on June 2, 1997. His parents are Chileans, his father Ricardo (a native of Antofagasta) settled in North America in 1988, where he met his mother María, who is from San Felipe. After obtaining dual nationality, he traveled to Santiago for the first time to compete when he was 18 years old, taking the opportunity to get to know the country. He decided to move to Chile for a year, being adopted by Julio Rueda and Patricia Farías, a couple in charge of bringing him closer to Chilean culture. Tennis At The 2023 Pan American Games
Tennis competitions at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile were scheduled to be held from October 23 to 29. The competitions took place at the Tennis and Racket Sports Training Centre inside the Estadio Nacional sporting complex, in Ñuñoa. A total of 82 athletes (41 men and 41 women) were scheduled to compete in five events: singles and doubles for each gender and a mixed doubles event. The top two in each individual event would qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics, if ranked in the top 400 in the world by June 10, 2024, and if their country has not passed the maximum quota. Brazil was the most successful nation in this event, taking home five medals, one in each draw, three golds, one silver and one bronze. John Isner
John Robert Isner (born April 26, 1985) is an American former professional tennis player. He was ranked as high as world No. 8 in singles and No. 14 in doubles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Considered one of the best servers ever to play on the ATP Tour, Isner achieved his career-high singles ranking in July 2018 by virtue of his first Masters 1000 crown at the 2018 Miami Open and a semifinal appearance at the 2018 Wimbledon Championships. The 2020 Australian Open was a Grand Slam tennis tournament that took place at Melbourne Park, from 20 January to 2 February 2020. It was the 108th edition of the Australian Open, the 52nd in the Open Era, and the first Grand Slam of the year. The 2020 ATP Cup was the first edition of the ATP Cup, an international outdoor hard court men's team tennis tournament held by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Serving as the opener for the 2020 ATP Tour, it was the first ATP team tournament since the last edition of the World Team Cup in 2012. San Felipe (Chile)
San Felipe (; "St. Philip" in Spanish) is a commune and the capital city of the San Felipe de Aconcagua Province in central Chile's Valparaíso Region.
